What are empty houses in a birth chart?

An empty house is a house with no natal planet inside it. That is the whole definition. It is not a hole in your life, not a missing organ, and not a prediction that nothing will happen in that department. Ten bodies (Sun through Pluto plus the Moon) cannot occupy twelve rooms at once. Most charts have empty houses. If yours did not, you would have a very crowded wheel.
